ADRION PROGRAMME

This Programme cover an area of more than 70 million inhabitants, across the two shores of the Adriatic Ionian Seas and stretching over the Dinaric Alps. Compared to 2014-2020, the cooperation area will be extended to two additional countries (North Macedonia and the Republic of San Marino), reaching 10 partner states.

SOUTH ADRIATIC PROGRAMME

IADSA II

The Italian-Albanian Development Cooperation Programme includes a new instrument of financing innovative for Albania: the Debt for Development Swap Agreement (IADSA), which is meant to support the implementation of projects in the social sector proposed by the concerned Albanian Public Institutions and jointly agreed within the framework of the Italian-Albanian Development Cooperation Programme.

Call- “People-to-People” CBC initiatives / IPA III CBC Programme MK-AL

The two cross-border cooperation structures responsible for the implementation of the IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Programme North Macedonia–Albania, namely the Ministry of Local Self-Government (MoLSG) and the State Agency for Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination (SASPAC), have launched a funding mechanism for small cross-border initiatives known as “People-to-People” CBC initiatives.

This initiative aims to foster stronger neighbourly relations among residents and to enhance cooperation between institutions and organisations that are not directly involved in the current programme priorities. Through the Programme’s Technical Assistance framework, this support seeks to increase the inclusiveness of the Programme and strengthen its overall impact across the eligible cross-border area.
